Dr. Diablo is a mastermind of crime.  His work is always planned meticulously, down to the very last and smallest of details.  The proof is in the fact that he has never been caught, and never plans on it.  The only person who has ever been close to catching him is Captain Energetic, and the Doc got out of that as well.  He never expects to need his nemesis, never expects to change, but it happens and this book will show you how.

Phil is Dr. Diablo’s right hand henchman and is there for whatever needs to be taken care of at the moment.  Phil and Doctor Diablo meet when Phil is at desperate straights with his father and has no where to go, no where else to turn, but to crime.  It’s then that Dr. Diablo sees the potential in him and takes him under his wing.

Foxgirl is the love of Dr. Diablo’s life.  They met and fell in love as civilians and not evil masterminds.  But that life could not have happened till they learn the truth about each other and what they can be for each other.  Until Foxgirl is forced to do something that she feels is for the best.  Will it be the end for Foxgirl and Diablo?  Only time will tell.

Captain Energetic, the good guy.  A force to be reckoned with.  But when Diablo needs him, he’s there, though neither are quite happy with the situation.  What situation could possibly lead these two arch enemies together?

I was genuinely shocked with this book.  When I read that it was a  “comic book” put into words I was skeptical and honestly was going to pass on reading it.  But the fair part of me that was told never to judge a book by it’s cover took over and told me to give it a fair shake and see what it’s all about before I turned my back on it.  I sat down at one sitting and read three quarters of the book and couldn’t wait to sit down and finish the rest.

Thank you Mr. Martin for expanding my horizons and making me breathe some fresh air.  Your book was masterfully written.  I give this book **** and highly recommend that anyone with a sense of adventure give it a try.  Kudos!.
